As part of the 70th Birthday celebration of Professor Somnath Dasgupta, the founding Head of the Department of Earth Sciences, IISER Kolkata, we are organising a two-day online international Symposium on ‘Processes in the continental crust’ on 23-24 October 2021. The symposium will host talks by scientists across the globe on wide-ranging, contemporary topics and provide a platform for exchange of ideas.
